Hebrew Scriptures and Early Christianity University is an online educational institution dedicated to the study of the Hebrew Scriptures, ancient Judaism, early Christianity, the ancient Near East, and the historical, literary, linguistic, and cultural contexts related to the Old and New Testaments.

Not in the doctrinal or denominational sense. Our academic approach is non-denominational: we do not require adherence to any particular church, denomination, creed, or religious tradition.
We study biblical texts, Second Temple Judaism, Christian origins, and the world of the ancient Near East from a historical, literary, cultural, archaeological, and philological perspective.

No. Non-denominational does not mean anti-religious. It means that teaching is not organized as catechism, preaching, or advocacy of a specific denomination.
We respect the faith of the students, but the academic classroom focuses on analysis, evidence, ancient sources, history, languages, literature, archaeology, and critical thinking.
4

It's for everyone. Believers, religious leaders, ministers, researchers, teachers, university students, people without religious affiliation, and anyone interested in the ancient biblical world can all study it.
The main requirement is not to belong to a religious tradition, but to have an interest in studying the texts and their context with intellectual rigor.
